The Associate Director of Consolidation manages financial performance reporting, analyses, forecasts, and consolidates financial data to drive business performance.
Associate Director- Consolidation
This role is a key member of the Corporate Finance team, responsible for consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the company's financial performance and strategic plans. The position requires strong technical finance skills, including expertise in financial statement mechanics, advanced financial modeling, and the ability to partner with business units to drive consistent and accurate financial forecasting and reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Consolidation and Reporting of the Annual Operating Plan, Forecasts & Long-range strategic plans, Monthly/ Quarterly results
· Working knowledge of Cashflow and Balance sheet
· Creating / Improvising financial models / tools capturing Key Drivers across businesses and Partnering with Business Finance teams with the aim to improve / streamline workflows
· Prepare periodical dashboards and presentations for management reviews
Ensure accuracy & timely sharing of financial information
Key Skills
· Knowledge of IND-AS and exposure to SAP and Hyperion planning application would be preferred
· Proficiency in Excel and Power point presentations
· Experience with using Hyperion Planning module is a mus.
· Energetic and Zeal to learn
