Dynamics of the Role
Solution Development (C#.NET, ASP.NET, JQuery, JS, SOAP, HTML, XML, CSS, WCF, etc.)
Database design, coding, optimization and maintenance (MS SQL Server, T-SQL)
Ability and willingness to leverage prior knowledge and experience to develop solutions within a custom internal development platform/framework.
Integration experience using Web Services and DLLs
Provide documentation necessary for testing of issues and document processes and APIs. (project checkout and setup, server deployment, configuration)
Develop new features and resolve issues as registered on bug tracker
Follow software development best practices (including SDLC planning as appropriate)
Follow disciplined source control (TFS) practises
Technical

Education and Experience
3 year Computer Science degree / equivalent Qualification
Minimum 2+ years software design and development on a Windows platform
Proficient troubleshooting techniques and problem diagnosis ability
Soft Skills
Have the ability to adapt to changing environment in a positive manner.
The willingness to learn new skills and taking on extra responsibilities
The ability to think out the box and place oneself in Business and Client’s shoes
The ability to critical assess proposed and possible solutions for future ramifications prior to make a decision on which to choose.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
