Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Analytics (e.g., Azure Data Scientist, Google Data Engineer).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, risk and compliance tools, and audit methodologies is preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in data science, preferably within internal audit, risk management, or financial services.
• Strong background in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and AI application in audit or compliance domains.
• Experience in developing dashboards and real-time monitoring solutions for governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Innovation:
• Develop interactive dashboards and custom reports to provide real-time insights into audit activities, open issues, and key risk indicators.
• Create audit-specific dashboards consolidating data from Vision Invest’s risk, compliance, and financial systems to provide seamless visibility for the ARC and management.
• Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team and other departments to extract, clean, and analyze data from ERP, risk, and compliance platforms.
• Implement continuous auditing mechanisms, utilizing real-time data inputs to identify emerging risks and non-compliances.
• Establish automated workflows for monitoring controls, financial transactions, and operational activities for anomalies.




• Internal Audit Quality Assurance:
• Develop and embed the new IIA Global Internal Audit Standards into Vision Invest’s methodologies using the Audit Management tool (CAMMS).
• Design automated validation processes within CAMMS for continuous monitoring and compliance with global audit standards.
• Facilitate system-wide notifications for outstanding audit issues, streamlining documentation and evidence submission processes.
• Train internal audit team members on CAMMS functionalities and data analytics tools to enhance technical capabilities.
• Act as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and optimizing the use of CAMMS and other tools.




• Role-Specific Responsibilities:
• Support audit planning and execution by leveraging data mining techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators.
• Develop predictive models to assess potential risk exposures based on historical data, trends, and industry benchmarks.
• Provide real-time oversight through dashboards displaying live updates on audit status, open issues, and key risk indicators.
• Ensure seamless data integration across functions to enable real-time assessments of Vision Invest’s governance and compliance frameworks.
