Essential
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic understanding of Linux

- Commitment to professional development
Exposure to at least one of the following is desirable
- First Line Support
- Security platforms (SIEM, EDR)
- Security infrastructure or automation
- Threat intelligence or threat hunting
- Penetration testing
- Zero Trust
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Cyber project or service management
Nice to have
- ITIL service desk experience
- Cyber security certifications
- Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST or MITRE
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of data protection laws
