Primarily Roles & Responsibilities
- Develops content in cooperation with Marketing Communications campaigns, user experience experts, and marketing operations.
- Understands the company and marketing strategy and converts it into concise and compelling messages based on industry segment applications and the technologies employed.
- Effectively research, analyze, and write marketing content for Information Technology domains in a variety of formats like sales collaterals, white papers, blogs, newsletters, campaign mailers, customer case studies, infographics, e-books, instructor presentations, application notes, and other business collaterals.
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
- Organize and structure information logically.
- Review content for technical, grammatical, and style guide compliance.
- Manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines.
- Conceives, scripts, and produces video content including customer testimonials and product demos.
- Creates visuals such as posters and presentations, which explain value propositions and unique selling points in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Writes and produces various types of content and blog regularly to expand the company’s digital footprint, awareness, consideration, and preference with My Black Box subscribers and new customers.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Google Analytics
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English Literature/Engineering/Marketing/Communications, or related industry experience.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in the IT industry with a focus on marketing content creation (digital and offline). Prefer experience specifically in signal conversion, digitization, Human-Computer Interface (HCI) extension, IP and wireless technology.
- Proven experience in structuring, describing and explaining the technically challenging context and translating that into easily understood messages, selecting various media channels according to marketing program objectives and audiences selected.
- Experience driving strategies across media channels (print, written, visuals, video, online, presentations), platforms, devices, browsers
