Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents, and automation capabilities to address business and operational challenges
- Build and integrate AI services using enterprise platforms, APIs, data sources, and workflow tools to create scalable, production-ready solutions
- Rapidly prototype new AI use cases, validate business value through pilots, and support the transition of successful solutions into operational environments
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and working AI solutions
- Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, engineering standards, documentation, and responsible AI practices to accelerate adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI/ML, data engineering, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Python, APIs, workflow orchestration, cloud platforms, or enterprise automation technologies
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to rapidly prototype, test, and implement innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
