Job Description

Responsibilities
The Associate – Admin and Support is responsible to carry out following activities or 
render following services to IQ EQ Entities and / or their clients which may include Funds, 
Capital Market, Corporates, Family offices and others keeping in mind the requirements 
of Indian Laws and cross border regulations. 
Tasks 

  • Responsible for general administration of the offices ensuring that decorum is maintained all the time, assets are safeguarded as well as protected and service contracts with third parties are fully complied with as agreed per contract with them or in compliance with the requirements of the Group or local management.
  • Responsible for travel arrangements for company’s staffs or visitors from 
  • Assist team in handling matters pertaining to:

- Sales and marketing administration.
- Drafting or finalizing legal contracts and until its execution.
- Company secretarial matters of companies or client’s entities or structures.
- Investor services to clients or their vendors; unit allocation or issuance etc.
- Preparing forms, returns or reports for direct or indirect taxes or regulatory compliances of the companies or clients.
- Basic reconciliation of cash, positions, trades, units or investments of client’s accounts
- Any other matters

  • Work together with the Operations, Tax and Regulatory Compliances, Investor 
  • Services teams and others to ensure proper flow of information and data, as well as 
  • accuracy and timeliness in line with SLU and KPIs agreed.
  • Ensures all incidents and complaints are logged and properly handled. Prepare and 
  • analyse the incidents and clients’ complaints reports to include immediate mitigation 
  • to avoid similar occurrences. Report to be communicated to respective 
  • committee/forum.
  • Ensures Compliance and risk policies and protocols are adhered to and deficiencies 
  • repaired and escalated to CDD without delay.
  • Ensures that work delivered are compliant to the Group and Company compliance 
  • policies as well as local regulatory framework.
  • Takes responsibility for the quality control while promoting empowerment and 
  • ownership.
  • Ascertain scope creep work, if any, and discuss that with seniors in timely manner.

Qualifications

Required Experience 
Education / professional 
Qualifications


  • A MBA with finance discipline or post graduate or graduate with prior experience is preferred though not mandatory for the right candidate.
  • Background experience Minimum 0-2 years’ of experience in investment banking or capital market operations. Prior experience servicing will be an added advantage.
  • Languages Fluent in spoken and written English.
