The Associate - Ad Sales will acquire and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and resolve client issues while collaborating with various teams.

We are looking for an Associate Manager – Ad Sales to join our growing team!
What will you do as an Associate Manager - Ad Sales :
- Acquiring and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Understanding client requirements and working on right solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring the same
- Maintain relationships and upsell existing accounts
- Understand client requirements and work on the right solution with support from various teams
- Resolve client issues with best solution, keeping the relationship healthy
What are we looking for :
- 0–2 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of digital advertising concepts (CPM, CPC, CPA, impressions, CTR, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
