Job Description
- Responsible for timely Vendor invoice booking with cost centres.
- Assist in Vendor Management and ensuring statutory compliance of TDS, GST on vendor invoices booked.
- Preparing the schedules and data needed for the statutory and internal audit.
- Posting General entries related to payment made to vendors and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Assist in developing and maintaining finance and accounting policies in alignment with statutory requirements and systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the organization.
- Maintains Expense Receipts and Disbursement Reports.
- Ensure documentation and approval as per Company Policy, before accounting and releasing the payments to vendors.
- Basic Qualifications
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of Work Experience.\
- Mandatory SAP knowledge
- Eye for detail.
- Excellent MS Excel Skill
- Highest Level of Ethics and Integrity.
- Good communication skills to interact with Senior Leader team and employees
- Should be able to multitask and give timely result.
