This team monitors external job market and provides appropriate recommendations to managers / leaders and manage well-structured program with a good balance of wages, benefits and rewards that will support an organization to remain competitive in today's market and ensure sustainability in the future.
The Role: Morningstar is seeking Assistant Manager / Manager - Benefits - HR to strengthen our compensation & benefits team. In this role, located in Navi Mumbai, you will oversee our ongoing Compensation and benefits policy and support administration of employee's perfect rewards and smart benefits. You'll work with the HR team and business leaders, support comp review process, internal job movements process and work closely with local compensation & benefits vendor. You will also be a vital point of contact for any type of compensation & benefits related information. You will need to harness your own creativity and expertise to identify and propose ideas for rewards function that will support our business and workplace culture objectives.
Responsibilities:• Participate in annual Salary & Benefits Survey with consulting firms and analyze survey data results to ensure market competitiveness; benchmark with direct competitors for benefits comparison and advise the benefit schemes to managers / leaders for consideration• Support benefits review process ensuring completeness as per guideline and set timelines• Support development and implementation of benefits programs to meet organization's objectives and be competitive with relevant markets• Support in designing and drafting standard guideline Compensation & benefits policies for India• Support benefits renewal process & benefits management• Participate and support assigned C&B projects for India• Support in the benchmarking for all jobs / roles in India in conjunction with global managers• Implement rewards & recognition policy and end to end execution• Conduct Induction for HR operations, compensation & benefits.• Manage contract renewal process end to end• Formulate HR and C&B dashboards• Employee communication and knowledge sharing for comp & benefits on timely basis.
Requirements:• Graduate or post graduate in HR preferred• Strong knowledge & analytical skill in compensation and benefits concepts• Proactive, fast learner, flexible in thinking and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment• At least 4 - 6 years experienced in Compensation & Benefits function with excellent knowledge of statutory compliance• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English• Computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel skills are vital)• Positive attitude, energetic, self-direct, well organized, details oriented• Preferred: Workday end user experience
