Description and Requirements
Manage and oversee the reconciliation process within the Aladdin system, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions and positions.
* Identify and investigate exceptions within established time parameters.
* Escalate and work closely with clients and custodian banks to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
* Ability to effectively manage, research/resol u tions/follow-u ps for closure of open items, cash, and position breaks.
* Manage and analyze SWIFT messages, ensuring proper communication and settlement of transactions between financial institutions.
* Possess a thorough understanding of capital markets, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
* Should have knowledge of trade life cycle.
* Implement and maintain data governance and data quality frameworks. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across all systems and processes.
* Manage SLAs and customer escalations.
* Flexible working on all holidays and shift timings (Night).
* Strong problem-solvin g ability.
* Ability to foresee and respond proactively on the floor.
* Providing Stateside partners and leadership team status updates for work progress.
* High energy and resilience level.
