Essential Responsibilities

  • 3 -5 years of experience in US GAAP Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, and knowledge of concepts like Deferred revenue, Unbilled revenues etc
  • Cost & Profitability planning
  • Engage in objective analysis of ongoing and prospective contractual documentation contracts with the customers and their implication on the revenue recognition
  • Identify appropriate Revenue Recognition approach upon vast arrangements of business types on a global level assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedure, through project participation
  • Maintain / update summary listing of accounting issues, work with management to summarize key issues and exposure items, and clearly articulate summaries and positions taken
  • Work closely with US GAAP / SOX and the external auditors for coordinating audits and reviews
