What will yo do?

  • Revenue Planning: Develop, implement, and refine revenue plans, pricing structures, and packaging strategies to optimize revenue generation while aligning with market dynamics and client needs 
  • Sales Queries Resolution: Provide prompt and accurate responses to sales queries, contribute insights to client proposals, and collaborate on pricing strategies with agency representatives 
  • Sales Pipeline Tracking: Monitor and maintain an organized record of the sales pipeline, tracking deals from initiation to closure, and ensuring all relevant files are readily accessible in centralized repositories 
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze various reports and data points to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions. Use data-driven intelligence to enhance sales strategies. Utilize tools like BARC, in-house systems, and third-party digital reporting tools to extract insights and furnish sales teams with valuable information for informed decision-making 
  • Ad Tech and Asset Management: Offer solutions to ad tech queries, provide feedback on assets, and contribute actionable insights to refine sales strategies. Ensure understanding of FAQs for effective client communication 
  • Client Agreements and Clearances: Facilitate client-specific agreements, address queries related to agency agreements, and ensure clearances for events or properties. Uphold compliance with agreements 
  • Reporting and Operations: Generate accurate reports, address ongoing operational queries, and provide clear guidelines to ensure smooth operations within the sales team 
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate on product decks, client-specific mailers, and execution elements. Contribute marketing insights to strengthen sales strategies 
  • Content Understanding and Updates: Familiarize self with show plans and digital content updates, ensuring alignment with sales strategies. Ensure closing requirements such as inventory are met 

Who should apply?

  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous 
  • Applicants with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Media, or related fields
  • A solid understanding of the sports ecosystem, including event types, formats, and key players, will be highly beneficial 
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the capability to handle complex data analysis and reporting task 
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, facilitating productive conversations with both internal and external partners 
  • Proficiency in creating data-driven presentations to convey insights effectively to various stakeholders
