Assistant Manager, Performance Planning & Analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:
 

Deputize for FP&A Lead to provide planning & analytical support across the area supply chain comprising 1M/f site, 23 CMOs and 30 end-to-end distribution markets  

• Support towards the delivery of the Area Supply Chain’s P&L and Cash (capex and inventory) commitments

• Prepare presentations for monthly performance reviews (MPRs) and planning/forecasting across the markets

• Partner with markets in preparation of their FY +3 Plans and Quarterly rolling forecasts and consolidate for submission up the line

• Ensuring all FP&A submissions to the central PSM team are met in a timely manner

• Continuously improve & standardize input collection & consolidation process

• Assist in finance partnering initiatives to identify opportunities & increase productivity & efficiency across markets along with cost control

• Continuous improvement in business partnering which enhances the understanding of the Finance partner teams of their market KPIs

• Adhoc analysis based on evolving business needs/priorities

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for CA professionals with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience with following skillset to achieve our goals:

• Proficient in Excel

• Proficient in Power point

• Proficient in analyzing and tracking huge data

• Ability to communicate effectively (Oral & Written)

• Ability to work with a diverse group of people
