Indra Shakti Ventures is a new-age house of food and beverage brands built to meet the growing shift toward more conscious, intentional choices of the modern Indian consumer.

Guided by mindfulness, quality, and long-term impact, our brands are designed to fit evolving lifestyles, supporting balance without compromise. Our approach is simple: we look to the past for insight and to the future for possibility. Drawing from cultural intelligence and modern innovation, we create brands that feel familiar yet fresh—Indian at their core, built to global standards.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing, to build and scale profitable customer acquisition engines for Indra Shakti’s D2C brands.

This is not a pure media-buying role. The role demands a strong understanding of unit economics, creative-led performance, and full-funnel growth from first touch to repeat purchase. You will work closely with brand, content, CRM, and e-commerce teams to ensure paid marketing drives sustainable revenue growth, not just traffic or short-term ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid customer acquisition across key digital platforms including Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), marketplaces, and emerging channels.

  • Drive and improve core D2C metrics: CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, cohort LTV, and payback period.

  • Partner closely with brand and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, including UGC, short-form video, and performance-first storytelling.

  • Lead creative testing frameworks—testing hooks, formats, messaging, and offers to improve performance continuously and reduce fatigue.

  • Optimise the paid funnel beyond ads, including landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, and offer structures.

  • Plan and manage budgets across brands with a clear balance between growth and profitability.

  • Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, platforms, and formats; document learnings and build scalable playbooks.

  • Work with analytics and CRM teams to align acquisition strategy with retention, repeat purchase, and LTV growth.

  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, tagging, and performance reporting across all paid channels.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce is mandatory.

  • Prior experience with Blinkit is mandatory.

  • Agency background will be a benefit, with experience managing scale, complexity, and multiple brands.

  • Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with a clear understanding of how creatives and funnels drive scale.

  • Proven ability to scale spend without breaking unit economics.

  • High comfort with data, experimentation, and fast-paced execution.

  • Strong collaborator who can work cross-functionally with brand, content, CRM, and product teams.

  • Passion for building meaningful, consumer-loved brands, not just optimising dashboards.
