Job Description:
Legal & Company Secretarial, is responsible for:
Legal Affairs
Corporate Affairs
Compliance tracking in the tool
Legal Agreements – Support Services
Roles & Responsibilites:
Event-based and time-based compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and compliances with the Secretarial Standards as issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Timely preparation of the Agenda and Minutes for all Board, Committee and General meetings,
Coordination for board and general meetings and related follow-up actions thereof.
Preparation of ROC related forms and the timely filing of the same with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Preparation, maintenance and update of legal registers and records per the Companies Act, 2013
Vetting of legal Agreements.
Drafting, vetting and finalization of HR, Channel Finance, Admin agreements & legal documents.
RBI & FEMA Compliance for respective Ingram entities.
Handling regulatory aspects of business.
Advise management on regulatory changes impacting business.
