White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled member to join our Data Asset Management team based in Mumbai.

We create and produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV/streaming and home media clients. We have built a great reputation on award-winning creative, great service, and a fun and energetic culture—and we may be looking for you to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.


POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated content team member to support content operations and delivery.
The role involves coordinating workflows, ensuring content quality and security, and collaborating across teams for timely execution. The role consists of downloading & uploading, data organisationimage shortlisting, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver efficient content.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Coordination: This involves coordinating with different departments, such as editorial, creative, and marketing teams, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of content. Prompt on responding to clients reequipment & time management skills

Team Support: One would support the content manager by handling various tasks to by deliver requirements received from stakeholders

Quality Assurance: A crucial part of the role would be monitoring content to ensure it meets quality, technical, and metadata standards. Maintaining requirement check list for easy tracking.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration with different teams and stakeholders.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills are essential for handling multiple content projects simultaneously.

Technical Understanding: Familiarity with content creation and management systems, and the ability to understand media workflows is beneficial.

Problem-Solving: You should be adept at identifying and resolving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment

Content sanity check: Need to have knowledge of folder stricter management and file naming matrix in the server. 

Content Security: Should have knowledge about maintaining content security and data privacy and its importance in our industry.

Client servicing: Having knowledge of working for international clients would be an additional advantage for this role for the candidate Interested in the position.

Operating System Knowledge: Candidate should have basic Knowledge for…

  • Woking on MAC OS and Microsoft system
  • Working for Data Management online/live server
  • Hard Drive Operation (How to Connect to PC and eject the Drive)
  • How to use Microsoft OneDrive, and Google Drive are prerequisites
