ABOUT THE ROLE:
. Distribution business has multiple sources of data (both internal and external) and one of the key deliverables of the Strategy team is to provide accurate information and analysis to all stakeholders
· Additionally, there are a host of processes in the organization which are currently manual / semi-automated leading to lower efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Understanding business requirements / use cases and create tools/ datasets / dashboards
· Explore how AI / other automation tools can be utilized to improve workflows, drive process efficiency & better decision making
· Project Management - Collaboration with IT / 3rd party vendors to develop and deliver business requirements as per agreed timelines
· Manage infrastructure hygiene and continuously improve system performance
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
· Project delivery as per agreed timelines
· Providing solutions for new business requirements basis changing business scenarios
· Automation of existing processes to improve efficiency and decision making
QUALIFICATION
· B. Tech + MBA
· 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, with 2-3 years in a Project Management role
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
· Proficient on MS Office and BI tools
· Expertise of visual analytics solutions (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
· Good understanding of latest developments in AI & Automation tools
· Ability to understand business requirements and translate to process / system flow
