Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct administration of available resources (personnel, materials, security and assigned budget)

  • Ensure the perfect execution of the work plan in your area.

  • Supervise and monitor the promotion activities in the assigned routes, ensuring the established objective profitability.

  • Deliver KPI´s (sell out, ROI, inventory, share of shelf, attendance)

  • Responsible for managing work plan reports

Additional Responsibilities

  • Guarantee in-store training, coaching and feedback for personnel assigned to their territory.

  • Manage the relationship with customers (store managers, area managers) in the assigned territory.

  • Identify opportunities in stores and regions to implement operational improvements. 

  • Ensure communication of needs and opportunities in chains and stores to key stakeholders within FHCS

Qualifications:

Professional Experience and Education

  •     Graduate or Above

  • Working with Modern Trade in regional category team or Head Office & dealing with Brands

  • · Working as Key Account Executive or similar role with other brand at least 3-5 years of experience

    Freshers with MBA

1)PGDM with marketing specialisation

2)Keen learner, presentable and good negotiation skills.

3)Should be able to do Field work

Universities can be Tier 2

  • Intermediate management of office packages: Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Management of remote personnel 

  • Availability to travel

Specific Knowledge

  • Knowledge in inventory management and sales.

  • Experience in management of merchandiser monitoring apps

  • Budget management

  • Guides reading

  • Chain/customer processes

  • Proactivity / creativity and innovation orientation

  • Dynamic work

  • Customer support. 

Specific Skills

  • Negotiation, sales and problem solving skills.
