Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain the enterprise macOS architecture, including device management, security, identity, and networking integrations
• Define macOS standards and roadmaps for OS adoption, hardware models, and management tooling
• Engineer zero-touch provisioning, configuration baselines, and application deployment using MDM solutions
• Partner with Security and Identity teams to enforce compliance, endpoint security, and device trust requirements
• Develop and maintain automation and self-service workflows to improve reliability and user experience
• Monitor platform health and compliance through reporting, analytics, and operational metrics
• Lead architectural reviews, documentation, and change management for macOS platform updates
• Serve as a technical escalation point and advisor for macOS platform strategy across engineering and support teams
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting and engineering macOS in an enterprise environment
• Experience working with identity and access management solutions (SSO, certificates, conditional access)
• Hands-on experience designing macOS architecture including device enrollment, configuration profiles, security controls, and software deployment
• Solid understanding of macOS security and compliance concepts (FileVault, TCC/PPPC, system extensions, CIS benchmarks)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash/Zsh, Python, APIs)
• Proven solid expertise with macOS management platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or similar MDM/UEM tools)
• Proven ability to document standards, architectures, and operational procedures clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (Jamf, Apple Device Support/Deployment, security certifications)
• Experience with zero-touch provisioning and large-scale macOS deployments
• Architecture or technical lead experience in an EUC or endpoint engineering team
• Knowledge of networking concepts (802.1X, VPN/ZTNA, DNS filtering)
• Familiarity with enterprise security tooling (EDR, DLP, endpoint protection)
