Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Full Stack Architect to join our Global Technology Organization (GTO) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and end-to-end development of complex solutions for new and existing Iron Mountain customer implementations. You will bridge the gap between high-level architecture and hands-on execution, utilizing modern Artificial Intelligence tools to deliver clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
You will be joining the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Solutions Engineering team, a collaborative group dedicated to driving technical excellence and delivering high-impact digital solutions across the region.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead the architectural design and full-stack development of customer-facing solutions, ensuring the timely delivery of high-performance, quality code from development through to production environments.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate closely with partner vendors, domain leadership, and cross-functional Insight platform teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and integrated solutions.
Responsibility 3: Ensure all deliverables maintain the highest validity and verification standards by partnering with Quality Assurance teams and resolving technical impediments to project success.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of professional software development and coding experience, with a proven track record as a seasoned developer.
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, complemented by experience using Artificial Intelligence tools like Gemini and ChatGPT for prototyping and "vibe coding" (clean, efficient, well-structured code).
Proven ability in managing diverse technology stacks, including both Structured Query Language (SQL) and NoSQL databases, Message Bus (Kafka), and Cloud Technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
