Apprentice

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to be part of our Paint & Powder Production and Quality Control team. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world manufacturing, quality excellence, and continuous improvement, empowering you to learn, contribute, and grow while working alongside industry experts in a dynamic production environment.
The role is based in Ranjangaon, Pune and will report to Production & Quality Control Manager.

What we Look For

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering or Paints Technology / M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of paint manufacturing processes will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good analytical ability with attention to detail
