The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, coordination with internal/external stakeholders and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
This resource will be involved in rolling out new initiatives such as tracking client activity, supply and demand data side data augmentation, creating a centralized data platform for analytics, creating dashboards etc.
Maintaining & managing a repository of past & present data
This resource will also be involved collecting and analyzing data on clients, competition tracking at periodic intervals, existing and prospective client portfolio and organizational mapping to support digital transformation initiatives.
This resource will also be responsible for creating sophisticated analysis for tracking and reviewing client portfolios
Monitoring the Commercial Real Estate Market Trend and assist in providing any Information to the team as required such as tracking and analyzing Demand, Supply, Vacancy, Occupier Movements
Furthering any technology advances that can be implemented related to the above responsibilities
