As a Team Lead for Applied AI/ML in our Engineering Division, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers
• Oversee the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI strategies with business goals
• Drive innovation and best practices in AI/ML development
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
• Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and tools
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and methodologies
• Experience in AWS and implementing ML models in the cloud
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with big data processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
• Experience in deploying AI solutions at scale
• Publications or contributions to AI/ML research
• Certification in leadership or project management
