Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies, contributing to the overall success of the organization by maintaining high standards of software quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure software quality.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and management systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Willingness to work in shift B (11 to 9 or 12 to 10)
