Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to enhance system functionality, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, MySQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
