Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in L2 support. Your typical day will involve L2 support, coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create innovative applications that align with organizational goals, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software design and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform L2 support and coordinate with L3 team
- Work in rotational shifts mainly covering Shift B (14:30 PM – 23.30 PM IST)
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Detect, triage failures, analyze problems, implement solutions, and enhance system performance
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Work is Shift B (14:30 PM – 23.30 PM IST)
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
