Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to improve efficiency. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in NEXThink. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues. - Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of applications. - Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in NEXThink. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
