Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption. The position demands collaboration with different teams to understand system behaviors and deliver timely solutions, maintaining the integrity and performance of critical applications that support business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for system improvements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of order to cash processes within SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to pricing, billing, and delivery processes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Finance and Materials Management.
- Skilled in configuring and customizing SAP SD components to meet business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
