Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software applications.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines to support application lifecycle.
- Good understanding of software development and support methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
