As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing their root causes, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams and systems to support critical business operations effectively, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal functionality throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on analyzing and resolving software issues.
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple tasks and priorities within a project environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices.
- Capability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
