Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with system operations to ensure seamless functionality and support for critical business processes, fostering a proactive environment for problem-solving and system improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify problems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
