Location - Mumbai
Job Summary:
The incumbent will manage the day-to-day workings for Enterprise Application development team, supporting and creating Bespoke applications, Microsite development, Robotic Process Automation & Document Management Services. The person will also be responsible for people & vendor management including time tracking, vendor performance management and timely renewals.

About the team -
Enterprise application Development team is a horizontal function to all departments of Disney star providing services in :

  • Bespoke Application development on Microsoft technologies over Azure or AWS Robotic process automation using UiPath and PowerAutomate
  • Site/Microsite development using Angular and .net
  • Document Management services using Sharepoint
  • Domain management services


The team has developers of varied skills who work on small to large scale projects as planned/needed. The Enterprise Application Development team works in partnership with Enterprise Application Support teams handling all critical and financial applications for DisneyStar and the Data Science teams on creating next gen analytical or data driven applications.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead team of business analysts, application programmers, and QA testers in developing business applications.
  • Be the face of the team with Business teams and vendors.
  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Manage the completion of full system implementations, system upgrades, regulatory upgrades, audits, organizational redesign & infrastructure improvements.
  • Provide hands-on development expertise using .Net, Angular and SQL.
  • Create and support custom applications and web portals written in C#, JS and Angular.
  • Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
  • Maintain relational database (develop in-house) that allow selections from database by many users.
  • Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.

Preferred Education & Experience
Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Technology, computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related fields.
Must have 10+ years for experience along with the following:

  • leading medium to large teams with diverse skills
  • Working with clients to map clients' business requirements and processes for business solutions and client needs; and
  • Handling projects based on ASAP and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience handling multiple vendors, contract negotiations and management.
  • PMP certification preferred.
