Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development. - Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in integrating Mendix applications with other systems and platforms. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mendix (Platform). - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
