Summary:
As an Application Designer, your day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting solutions that align with organizational processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that applications are tailored to support business objectives, requiring thoughtful analysis and creative problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
- Document and communicate design specifications to development and testing teams.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance application functionality.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and application design principles.
- Experience with requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for application designs.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and workflows within enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
