Design, build, and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrations for HR, recruitment, and manpower systems. Collaborate with frontend, architects, and stakeholders to define contracts; ensure security, performance, versioning, and documentation; troubleshoot API issues and support third-party integrations (ATS, HRMS, payroll).
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations to support HR, recruitment, and manpower management platforms
- Collaborate with frontend developers, system architects, and business stakeholders to define API requirements and data contracts
- Ensure API security, performance, versioning, and documentation standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues; support third-party system integrations including ATS, HRMS, and payroll platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in API development
- Proficient in REST/GraphQL API design; experience with Python, Node.js, or Java
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, API gateways, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience integrating HR or manpower management systems is an advantage
