We are looking for a AP Accountant with a minimum of two years of direct experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) and Accounts Payable (AP). Experience with Navan is a significant plus.
This is a temporary position at Couchbase with a duration of six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing global travel and expense reimbursement requests and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support efficient operation of the global travel and expense system (Navan).
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to travel and expense procedures.
- Perform other travel and expense-related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Assist with month-end close process.
- Ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
