We are seeking someone to join our FRPPE Tech team as UI Developer, in Finance technology to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using Angular and related UI frameworks.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.

  • Build and optimize front-end components in a 3-tier architecture, with strong understanding of service and database layers.

  • Leverage GenAI, Copilot, and AI-driven development practices to enhance automation, code quality, developer productivity, design, code completion, review, and automated test case generation.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices in SDLC, code reviews, and automated testing.

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI components to ensure quality and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications for performance, accessibility, and security.

  • Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and learning.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in front-end/UI development with Angular (or similar modern frameworks).

  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript/JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging GenAI, Copilot, or AI-based tools for UI development, automation, design, code completion, review, and automated test case generation.

  • Solid understanding of 3-tier architecture, including insights into service and database layers.

  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, integration with backend services, and state management.

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Jest) and UI testing best practices.

  • Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices and version control (Git).

  • Additional Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with React or other modern UI frameworks.

  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with Power BI, data visualization, or reporting solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Strong team player, dynamic, flexible, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or related domains is a plus.

  • At least 4+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
