As an Analytics Solutions Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and partner with WLS Business Leads by providing tactical and strategic assistance to drive business priorities.
- Assist leadership with key finance and business management functions, including project management, creation and analysis of sales/management reporting, and reviews of ad-hoc requests such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Operating Committee reviews.
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions.
- Prepare presentation materials to be shared with management, business groups, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with and monitor Business teams on various control and audit-related aspects.
- Identify and execute efficiency and automation opportunities in existing data consolidation and reporting processes.
- Create and drive strategic narratives for international businesses and provide strategic advisory support by leveraging multiple complex data sources and stakeholder-supplied information to generate decision support analytics.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- BE /B.Tech / Or any other technical graduate with minimum 5 years of experience working in Dashboard & Analytics
- Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather and manipulate data, obtain consensus and support implementing change
- Able to produce accurate, error-free analysis and reporting.
- Strong QC implementation skills using tools and technologies such as Alteryx etc.
- Hands on experience in creating dashboards on Tableau and sound knowledge in Alteryx, SQL
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Open to learn new technologies and think innovative solutions using different tool and technologies
- Good to have knowledge in Qlik Sense and working knowledge on cloud technologies
- Execution and project management skills. Understanding of project management tools such as JIRA
