What would you do? The Reporting & Analytics Analyst is responsible for supporting the preparation and delivery of standard MIS reports using data from internal systems and external client platforms such as Workday. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong hands-on proficiency in Excel and reporting processes. The individual will ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs, support issue resolution, and collaborate closely with senior team members to meet business and client reporting requirements. Talent & HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
