The Analyst will manage product data, ensure quality and accuracy, generate reports, and support data operations for eCommerce platforms.
Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily product data management tasks and operational workflows
- Generate basic reports on product data quality, completeness, and accuracy
- Process and validate product information updates across eCommerce platforms
- Maintain and update product catalogs with accurate specifications and attributes
- Conduct data quality checks and identify discrepancies or errors
- Support senior team members with ad-hoc data extraction and analysis requests
- Track and monitor key operational metrics and KPIs
Assist in maintaining documentation of processes and standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in data operations, eCommerce support, or similar roles
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform basic data analysis
- Good understanding of eCommerce operations and product data concepts
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Addon Qualifications
- Experience with reporting tools or basic data visualization
Understanding of product taxonomies and attribute hierarchies
