You are an Operations professional who makes things happen for our customers. Your value lies in doing things right to ensure we deliver a great customer experience in uplifting the NPS.

Your contribution would include:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review the home loan applications with good understanding on customer request within agreed turnaround time, ensuring consistent accuracy in a high volume environment.
  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedure and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreement.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure highest standards are maintained.
  • Applying sound risk management practices by pro-actively identifying and responding to risks and reporting them as necessary.
  • Providing high levels of internal customer service by working with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues.
  • Raise operational continuous improvement suggestions identified while completing tasks.
  • Have necessary understanding of CBA retail products.
  • The CBAI (CBA India) Progress Payments Dual Authorization team performs the authorization of Progress Payment invoices, refinance or OFIC payouts as per credit conditions.  Responsibilities include Review and validate payments for dual authorization against source documents & HLS - Clear all dual authorizations same day - Reject and send incorrect payments for rework back to progress payment officer for re-validation

Essential Skills:

  • Exposure/Experience working in Banking Operations.
  • Minimum of 2-3 year’s experience in a related operational role within the financial services industry
  • Highly energetic and dynamic professional who are always striving to do better for our customers.
  • Excellent communication skill Written and Oral.
  • Strong in exercising sound judgement backed by analytical and problem solving skill.
  • Carrying impressive interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our Australian frontline and leading lenders.
  • Demonstrate curious mindset and ability to investigate.

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting or Business.
