Job Title: Senior Associate Analyst

Your contribution would include:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review the home loan applications with good understanding on customer request within agreed turnaround time, ensuring consistent accuracy in a high volume environment.
- Exhibit adherence to policy and procedure and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreement.
- Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure highest standards are maintained.
- Applying sound risk management practices by pro-actively identifying and responding to risks and reporting them as necessary.
- Providing high levels of internal customer service by working with internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues.
- Raise operational continuous improvement suggestions identified while completing tasks.
- Have necessary understanding of CBA retail products.
Essential Skills:
- Exposure/Experience working in Banking Operations.
- Minimum of 2-3 year’s experience in a related operational role within the financial services industry
- Highly energetic and dynamic professional who are always striving to do better for our customers.
- Excellent communication skill Written and Oral.
- Strong in exercising sound judgement backed by analytical and problem solving skill.
- Carrying impressive interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with our Australian frontline and leading lenders.
- Demonstrate curious mindset and ability to investigate.
- Having Retail Banking operations related to Accepting Invitations on PEXA, verification of Home Loan documents, approving funding requests, Creating Mortgages, Funding Home Loan applications and lodging mortgage on PEXA/Sympli knowledge pertaining to verifying applications and funding based them based on serviceability.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance/Accounting or Business.
