Role Overview
We are seeking fresh graduates who are motivated and detail-oriented to join our Direct Tax - Tax Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a background in tax, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
The Analyst will support the team by assisting in the development and implementation of technology solutions and business development activities for CIT Tax Technology. This role involves working closely with relevant stakeholders such as client facing teams / CoE team (Centre of Excellence), IT teams and client teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and track business development activities
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and adoption of Tax Technology and Automation solutions.
- Participate in testing, validation, and training support for tax technology tools.
- Assist in tracking business development activities and solution usage insights.
- Assist in preparing wins MIS, trackers, dashboards, and summary reports.
- Help create presentations and draft marketing content
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for required inputs.
- Stay updated on trends in tax technology, analytics, automation, and Gen AI.
· Provide support on additional tasks and initiatives as required by the team
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics / Commerce / Management (or related fields).
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience (internships/projects are a plus).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, etc).
- Basic understanding or interest in tax, data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboards.
- Interest in technology-enabled business solutions (Tax, Automation, Analytics, Gen AI).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, Gen AI tools is an added advantage.
