Why this job’s a big deal:
The Analyst, Talent Acquisition Analytics will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process by providing data-driven insights and conducting comprehensive analyses. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for data analysis and a keen interest in recruitment and human resources.

In this role you will get to:

  • Prepare and submit regular (weekly) reports on recruitment activities and outcomes

  • Create, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, time to hire, acceptance rate, source of hire, quality of hire, etc

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve recruitment processes and strategies .

  • Interface regularly with and communicate findings to Talent acquisition leaders and senior leaders within People & Culture.

  • Enhance your company/industry/functional knowledge of Talent Acquisition and overall people analytics, and develop a thorough understanding of relevant metrics.

  • Partner with stakeholders and HR colleagues on understanding our HR operations and provide support when needed in HR processing and improvements.

  • Utilize HR systems and tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to workforce trends, hiring metrics and DEI.

  • Develop and produce regular reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Identify patterns and trends in data to guide decision-making and support strategic HR initiatives.
     

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or analytical role, preferably within human resources or recruitment

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, G-Suite, or similar

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Workday and Prism Analytics knowledge is a plus

Flexible work at Priceline

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
