Job Description
Role Summary
As a Wealth Management Specialist, you will process operational transactions and provide customer service support for new and existing wealth management business. The role involves handling new business applications, transfers, maintenance requests, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review new and existing business paperwork with high accuracy
- Identify NIGO (Not In Good Order) cases and coordinate resolution with field teams
- Review broker‑dealer submissions for completeness and compliance
- Enter and maintain client data in back‑office systems
- Research and resolve operational issues using root‑cause analysis
- Meet defined productivity and quality standards
