Analyst - Wealth Onboarding Consultant
The Wealth Onboarding Consultant supports the onboarding and development programs for Wealth associates. As a recognized subject matter expert, this job reviews staff training and development needs and monitors the development of training programs to improve individual and organizational performance
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Administers programs to enhance the skills of the organization's employees.
  • Maintain database of newly hired Wealth associates to track and update criteria required for production
  • Manages required entitlements including those requiring unique specifications based on role type
  • Submits and confirms requests for access to internal systems and hardware
  • Identifies and implements process enhancement opportunities including automation
  • Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with other employees.
