Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
 Required: Graduation
 Strongly preferred: Analyst
General Requirements:
 Experience reviewing legal entity constitutional documents preferred.
 Experience in entity and data management a plus
 Must be technologically savvy and comfortable performing data entry.
 Familiarity with legal document management systems, databases and/or repositories preferred.
 Must be extremely well organized, pay attention to detail, and able to meet critical deadlines
 Support the legal entity management function in Mumbai at a multi-national asset management firm, to
include the following:
 Review constitutional documents and collect various legal entity data points [and enter such data into
entity management system]
 Ensure entity data is maintained timely, accurately, and consistently across all business lines to support
the firm’s legal entity reporting requirements.
 Liaise with IT and Data Governance to ensure data flow from legal entity management system to
downstream systems.
 Able to read, comprehend and make logical conclusions from the data.
 Assist with internal and external requests related to legal entity data.
 Ad hoc project support as needed.
 Well versed with API tools
 Explore to various functionality in GEMs, like Director & Officers. Compliance Calendar
 Upload docs in GEMs
