Designation - Analyst II
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Work on ESG consulting mandates including but not limited to: Goal Setting, Materiality Assessment, GAP Analysis, Implementation Plan, Monitoring and Dashboarding, GHG Accounting, Science Based Targets, Statutory Reporting/Sustainability Reports, ESG Rating.
- Will be part of the team focused on ESG mandates and also support other advisory and consulting mandates.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the projects / mandates on a day-to-day basis and taking lead on client engagement.
- Have a target-oriented approach - ensure you meet the standards on both productivity and quality.
- Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met. Work with internal stakeholders for any exception handling.
- Work closely with customers to enhance delivery and support infrastructure and processes.
- Analyze processes, identify gaps and improvement aspects – take necessary actions to either re-engineer, eliminate or automate them.
- This will be a critical aspect of the role. As ESG is an emerging area, the position will be responsible to steer all the BD and sales conversation.
- Oversee the development of marketing collaterals in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Develop sales collaterals along with providing inputs to the sales planning process.
- Actively participate in business development and sales meetings to drive the ESG agenda for India market.
Key Requirements
- MBA/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience in ESG and Sustainability related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to lead projects across multiple functional areas are essential
- Proven track record of successful customer engagement
- Demonstrates the personas including product advocacy and ownership
- Experience in ESG consulting and advisory is a must
- Analytical capabilities and problem solving
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Highly customer-focused and result-oriented
- Knowledge of tools like Tableau and Power BI is preferable
- Ability to have strong relationship with sales and other corporate functions to achieve India objectives
- Willingness to travel across India
