Key responsabilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Record and maintain financial transactions
- Performance reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules
- Run and review various financial reports
- Track and collect payments from customers
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions
